Elysian Health Minnetonka provides whole-person primary care to underinsured residents in the western Minneapolis metro — combining conventional medicine, behavioral health, nutrition counseling, and community health workers under one roof. Cloudbase New Network partnered with Elysian Health to fund capital equipment that expanded their clinical capacity and eliminated referral delays for patients who previously had no local access to diagnostic imaging.

Their cohort model pairs classroom instruction with employer partnerships, creating direct pathways from training to employment. Cloudbase New Network provided operating support to expand cohort capacity and launch a childcare stipend program that removed a key barrier to enrollment.

Jason Paul Sound is a Minneapolis-based audio production studio providing professional recording, mixing, and sound design services to independent artists, nonprofits, and community media organizations. Their work lowers the barrier to high-quality audio production for creators who lack access to major-label resources. Cloudbase New Network supported a capital equipment grant to expand studio capacity and launch a subsidized recording program for emerging local artists.

How We Measure What Matters

We don't impose a single metrics framework on our partners. Organizations doing the hardest work in the most under-resourced communities often can't afford the overhead of elaborate reporting systems — and shouldn't have to.

Instead, we work with each partner to identify the two or three indicators that most honestly reflect whether their work is reaching the people it's meant to reach. We report those numbers here, and we stand behind them.

Structural barriers removed

Does the investment eliminate a constraint that would otherwise persist — a missing piece of equipment, a gap in operating funds, a service that simply doesn't exist in the community?

People reached

How many individuals have direct access to a service, program, or resource they didn't have before? We count people, not outputs.
