We fund organizations, not projects. General operating support gives leaders the flexibility to respond to what their communities actually need — not what a grant cycle requires. Restricted funding is a constraint we refuse to impose.
Long-Term Relationships
Our minimum commitment horizon is five years. Community change doesn't happen in a grant cycle. We stay, we learn, we adjust. Partners who join us understand that this is a long-term relationship — not a transaction.
Transparent Accountability
We report to our partners with the same candor we expect from our grantees. Annual impact reports, portfolio reviews, and open access to our investment thesis. No spin. No vanity metrics.
